Just Pawfect reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take immediate effect and it is the responsibility of our clients to read these.

Classes, 1-2-1’s,

Payment is required in full before attendance to a class. To ensure you are guaranteed a place on a course, it is advisable to pay by BACS or book online. Confirmation of your booking will be forwarded by email. 

We cannot guarantee a place on a course unless prior payment has been made via our online booking, a bank transfer or cash. If you request a place on a course without paying, there is no assurance a space will be available on commencement of the course. We will endeavour to contact you when places are limited.

We regret that refunds are not available apart from in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Just Pawfect.

In the event that a refund is given please note that their will be an admin fee charged at the following rates.

Workshops £15.00 admin fee

Socials      £5.00 admin fee

Classes and course £20.00 admin fee

If you are unable to attend classes, it will still be run in your absence as we may not be able re-allocate your place to another paying client. For this reason, once payment has been made, no credit or refunds will be offered for classes you do not attend.

It is your responsibility to ensure the dates for the course you are booked onto are convenient to you.

If a class is unable to run, that class will be moved to the following week, which may mean the course dates are extended. If you are unable to attend all the classes due to extension of dates, alternative options will be offered. 

No refunds or credits will be offered, if you choose not to accept the alternative options. again no refunds or credits will be offered.

All puppies must be fully vaccinated We may ask you for proof that your dog’s vaccinations are up to date.

Pet Insurance is highly recommended. Owners are responsible for all vet bills, no matter how they are incurred. We accept no responsibility for loss of, or injury to, your dog whilst training with us.

All children under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult. We recommend that younger children are accompanied by another adult.

We accept no responsibility for any damage to, theft of, or from your vehicle. Please do not leave valuables in your car and never leave any dogs unattended in a vehicle.

Just Pawfect Dog Training uses positive, reward and games-based training methods. We do not allow dogs to be handled forcefully during our training. Any owners who are seen to use forceful or negative handling methods will be asked to leave immediately and will not be offered a refund.

All dogs must either have a flat collar or harness.  Choke chains, check chains, prong collars or other punitive methods will not be accepted. No extending leads are to be used in class.

When arriving at class please avoid meeting the other dogs.  Do not crowd doorways/ entrances and allow plenty of room for a dog to enter and exit the venue. On arrival only enter the venue when requested. Do not allow dogs to play together outside the venue before a class. 

Please always clean up after your dog and use the bins provided.

Please don’t over-exercise your dog before a class otherwise they may be too tired.

 Photography or video recording is not permitted in class. Just Pawfect may record and take photos for promotional purposes, please let us know if you aren’t happy for us to use any photos or videos of you and or your dog.

 

All dogs must be kept on leads in and around the training venue unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.

Training classes are not suitable for aggressive or reactive dogs, if your dog is aggressive or reactive then you must let us know at the time of booking and we can discuss alternative training arrangements. If after your booking has been confirmed there are any behavioural changes with your dog, then please contact us prior to class.

 Any dogs deemed to be aggressive or reactive during classes will be asked to leave the class and no refunds will be given.

We have a strict booking limit on the number of dogs who can attend our group classes to ensure that all dogs and owners have access to individual as well as group training.

If you are bringing more than one dog, then please make sure you have a ratio of 1 adult to one dog.

If your puppy is unwell less than 48 hours before class, then please contact me before the day of the class. 

Bitches in season are not permitted to attend a class. Please notify us if you consider your bitch may come into season during a course. Refunds are not given although we may offer alternative arrangements.

In the event of adverse weather conditions classes may have to be moved or cancelled. 

Please arrive in time for each class as latecomers can be disruptive to the other dogs in class.

1-2-1’s

The training session will take place at your home or at an agreed location, depending on the nature of the training. Practical aspects of the programme are included and will be demonstrated to you. 

Payment must be made at the time of booking. If booking a 'package' of sessions, the total fee must be paid at the time of booking and all sessions in a pre-paid package must be taken within 6 months. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you.

We regret that refunds are not available apart from in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Just Pawfect.

In the event that a refund is given please note that their will be an admin fee charged at the rate of £25.00.

I ask that you give me minimum of 48 hour’s notice to cancel visits, failure to do so, will result in a full charge for the visit.

If for any reason I need to cancel your visit, I will always endeavour to give you 48 hrs notice, if this is not possible payment will be transferred to another booking.

If you are not home or do not turn up to the agreed location, then no refunds will be given and you will need to book another session, full payment will be required before the session is confirmed. If you have booked a package and are not home or do not turn up to the agreed location, the session will not be carried over and you will loose that session from your package.

Zoom Courses/Consultations

All Payments must be made at the time of booking. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you. 

You will receive an email with a link to join the zoom, please click on the link at the time of your course/Consultation. Please arrive on time, if you attend late the zoom cannot be extended. If after 10 minutes you have not joined the zoom then it will be terminated, if you fail to attend then no refunds will be given, and you will need to book another zoom session, full payment will be required before the session is confirmed.

I ask that you give me minimum of 48 hour’s notice to cancel zooms, failure to do so, will result in a full charge for the Zoom.

If you do need to cancel and it is within the 48 hours then your payment can either be transferred to another date or refunded. Refunds will incur a £15.00 admin fee.

If for any reason I need to cancel your Zoom, I will always endeavour to give you 48 hrs notice, if this is not possible I will either refund or rearrange the Zoom.
